Gateway Kidney and Hypertension was established by Dr. Thanh Nguyen in June 2010 as a single-specialty practice to improve medical care in patients with kidney diseases and hypertension in the Central Valley.  Our goal is to provide the best medical care for our patients.

Dr. Nguyen (pronouned "Wynn") believes that patients come first; he goes the extra mile to spend quality time with his patients, making sure their needs are met and questions answered.  He promotes a strong supportive environment for patients.  He is a partner in patients’ medical care and he encourages patient empowerment.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and Fellow of American Society of Nephrology.  

He is blessed to have a supportive wife and four beautiful children.  He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and watching sports.
